Location

The site is located within the Kent town of Ashford.

Central London lies approximately 60 miles to the north-west of the site and Folkestone is 15 miles to the south-east. Ashford International Railway Station is located approximately 0.5 miles to the east of the site and provides a direct train service to London St Pancras with a journey time of approximately 38 minutes.

The M20 motorway connects Ashford to the Channel Tunnel and to London via the M25. The nearest junction to join the M20 is junction 9 which is approximately 2 miles to the north of the site via the A28.
